Waterfront Rental Home

This waterfront home is located on the northeast side of Chincoteague Island facing Assateague Island. 

 

There are three bedrooms and two baths. Sleeps a maximum of eight people with three queen beds and a queen-size sleep sofa. Central air and heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, cable TV, dishes, tableware, pots, pans, pillows, blankets, and coffee maker. You need only bring sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

 

There is an outside charcoal grill and picnic table as well as a deep-water dock facility to moor your boat, which is perfect for crabbing. A canoe and life vest are provided for your use. Access to campground amenities included. 

 

House is rented on a monthly/yearly basis.
